I was asked a very interesting question today:

why in the agreement form does it say that a constant flow of energy is not guaranteed? How do i know i won't have any interruptions with my power?

I believe they are referring to the Force Majeure clause in our Terms of Service.  This simply means that we cannot guarantee your power will not go out if something happens to the power lines for a reason such as weather, sabotage, war, etc.

We do guarantee, however, that our customers will not lose their electricity because they switched to Independence Energy.

Thanks for the question.  Let us know if you have any others!
We want your questions - keep them coming!!
The Power is Yours to choose!!
