Service Availability

We currently offer service to customers that receive their electric bill from one of the following utility companies:

  • Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L)
  • PSE&G
  • Rockland Electric Company (O&R)

License Information

Independence Energy Group LLC has been licensed as an energy supplier by the State of New Jersey Board of Public Utilities since April 2011. Our license number is ESL-0100.

5% cash back every year*
Each of our products offers 5% cash back on your energy usage every year!
Every 12 months you are an active customer, we will send you a check for 5% of your energy usage for the past year. You can use it however you like… think of it as a bonus for using your power to choose to better your environment.

Billing

  • Your switch to Independence Energy will take 1-2 billing cycles.
  • You will continue to receive just one bill from from your utility company.
  • Budget Billing is not currently available for the supply portion of your bill.
